General Promotion Terms & Conditions

These General Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions, giveaways, and discount codes run by Pep Brands Pty Ltd (“Pep”, “we”, “us”) via eatpep.com or our social media channels, in addition to any terms specific to that promotion (published below) and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Promoter: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the promoter is Pep Brands Pty Ltd (ABN 58 672 888 130), PO Box 286, Fairfield VIC 3078, Australia.

Eligibility: Entry is open as set out in the specific promotion’s terms, including the eligible country/countries and minimum age for entry. Employees of Pep Brands and their immediate families are not eligible to enter, regardless of region.

Entry: Unless stated otherwise, one entry is permitted per person.

Prizes: Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise. We take no responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged items during delivery, or for any additional costs incurred by a winner in relation to a prize.

Winner selection and notification: Unless stated otherwise, winners are selected at random and notified via the contact method used to enter, within seven (7) days of the promotion closing. If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of notification, we reserve the right to redraw the prize.

Platform disclaimer: Our promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media or email platform used to run them. By entering, participants release that platform from any responsibility related to the promotion.

Verification and disqualification: We may verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these General Promotion Terms, the specific promotion’s terms, or our Terms of Service.

Amendment and cancellation: We reserve the right to amend, suspend, extend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Privacy: Personal information collected during a promotion is used to administer that promotion and is otherwise handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Discount codes: Unless stated otherwise, a discount code is limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined with any other discount or offer, does not apply to shipping, taxes, or gift cards, must be entered at checkout, cannot be applied retrospectively to past orders, and has no cash alternative. We may amend, withdraw, or cancel any discount code at any time without prior notice.

No purchase necessary to enter a competition or giveaway, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion’s terms.

Governing law: These General Promotion Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

These terms apply in addition to Pep’s General Promotion Terms & Conditions and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• Offer: 10% off a qualifying order. For new customers, applies to their first order only; returning customers may use it for one order only.
• Eligibility: Open to residents of Australia, New Zealand and the United States, aged 18 and over.
• Validity: Ongoing, subject to Pep’s right to amend or withdraw at any time (see General Terms).
• Exclusions beyond the General Terms: None additional — standard single-use, no-stacking, no-shipping/tax rules apply as per the General Terms.
